Protein shakes are great for building muscles and increasing energy, but only a few deliver beyond expectation and is equally healthy. The product I’m going to review today is called “XS Protein Shake - Chocolate Fudge” which is distributed by Quixtar. The great thing about this protein shake is its flavor and low carb. With 35 grams of protein and only 6 grams of carbs, this protein shake is great for building muscles instead of fat.
XS Chocolate Protein Shake tasted like fudge chocolate and felt thicker than a regular shake. The chocolate flavor was not too sweet and had a light whey protein aftertaste. Most protein shakes do not taste that great because of the added whey protein. If you are a body builder or tried whey protein powder before, you know how nasty it can taste when mixed wrong. XS did a pretty good job mixing the ingredients because it tasted more like chocolate fudge instead of whey protein powder.
Drink XS Chocolate Protein Shake 15-20 minutes before a workout or for energy boost and you will be more energize. You will notice the difference in energy because your muscles will less longer and will not give out early. I recommend this protein shake for people who wants to build muscle without gaining too much fat.
