Stress is something we deal with everyday and is one of the biggest reasons why we get fatigue. Stress comes in many shapes and forms, it can appear at anyplace during anytime. No one can truly stop stress but you can dramatically reduce it by learning how to relax. Relaxation is one of the best tools against stress, with proper relaxation you can increase your energy level and tap into energy you never knew existed.
The world today is more populated than ever before, this is a big problem because this makes it that much harder to solve world issues, such as food shortage, energy costs, job security, global warming, poverty, etc. A big problem happening right now is the cost of gasoline which is causing a stress effect world wide, businesses are going bankrupt, individuals are losing jobs and the increase of food prices is causing starvation in poorer countries. During these stressful times, relaxation is more important than ever because it will help calm your body and mind keeping you focused.
Relaxation works similar to sleeping by rejuvenating your mind and body so you have more energy. These two techniques restore your mental and physical energy which is the key to maximum energy and health. Other relaxation health benefits include, reducing insomnia, improving your reaction to depression, improve sleeping habits, and may decrease certain health problems, such as cancer and heart disease. There are many ways you can do to relax your body and mind, the most popular are meditation, massages, shower and bath, reading books and sex.

- Drinking tea and smoothies
- Laughing - watch a comedy movie and laugh all your stress out
There are many ways to relax, my favorite relaxation technique is massage because it relaxes my body and mind within seconds. Head, neck and shoulder massages are my favorite, I can’t stand foot massages because I’m extremely sensitive there, just thinking about it makes me shiver!
